Philippe Flichy

Vice President, Business Development

Philippe Flichy, VP of Business Development for Merrick Systems, leads the company's global business development. With extensive experience in IT integration management, Mr. Flichy previously worked for Schlumberger in corporate strategy training and applications while contributing to the company's "Digital Solutions" cross-segment startup leading to the new "e-field" in-house initiative. Prior to his work with Schlumberger, Mr. Flichy led the conception, integration and operation of the Intranet at the 2002 Salt Lake Olympic Winter Games, which were recognized as the most successful IT implementation in Olympic history.

Mr. Flichy has been instrumental in organizing visits to world-class research labs for Fortune 500 companies focused on emerging technologies for market expansion.

He has participated in more than 50 conferences around the world and contributed to numerous trade articles. He has been a guest professor for graduate courses in prestigious institutions such as Paris Dauphine University, Paris Sorbonne University and INSTN, the French National Science and Technical Nuclear Institute.

Mr. Flichy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in MIS with a minor in Computer Science from Boston University.
