Dale Frohock

Vice President, Development

As Vice President of Development, Mr. Frohock directs Merrick's product development and internal Information Technology infrastructure. He has more than 25 years experience in technology including positions with some of Silicon Valley's fastest growing companies such as Sun Microsystems and Sybase. During his tenure at Sun Microsystems, Mr. Frohock grew from an employee base of a few hundred to nearly 15,000.

Mr. Frohock's experience includes leading Technology Development of large-scale enterprise solutions as well as Support, Quality Assurance, Product Management and Consulting.

His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business from San Jose State University.
